Since MDT was officially recommended by WHO in 1981, the world of leprosy has become a fast-moving place. In that year, 122 countries had still not achieved elimination. Today, nearly all of those countries can boast of success in this campaign. In this section, we will include articles about those countries that are still battling the disease, WHO and the various organizations and people of this exciting world.
