The Nippon Foundation supports humantarian programs around the world in a variety of fields. Grouped very generally, these programs can be categorized into support for maritime and marine activities, for human resources development projects such as scholarships and network development, support for scuh basic human needs as medicine and food, and aid aimed at developing the self sufficiency of people with disability.
