The Peking University Graduate Program in International Relations provides full scholarships to promising Chinese students who are specializing in the field of international relations, with a focus on Asia and Japan, at Peking University. The program supports students in PhD and MA programs.

PhD students spend half of their 4 year program at Tokyo's Waseda University, while students in the 3-year MA program spend half of their time at the University of Tokyo.
