The Japan Echo Foundation, with support from the Nippon Foundation, has launched a new website in three languages (English, Japanese, Chinese) as a prompt response to the unprecedented crisis facing Japan after the Great East Japan Earthquake and nuclear disaster in Fukushima. Articles on the new website will be highlighting the current situation and discussing tasks to be addressed moving forward, among other topics. JapanEcho.net aims to convey to a global audience a wide array of opinions on the recovery effort, drawing on the views of Japanese opinion leaders and scholars as well as foreigners residing in Japan.
