Coast Guard Global Summit ～Farewell Dinner～

I would like to first express my deepest appreciation to all of you for your participation at this conference. The fact that over 200 individuals from 38 countries, regions, and international organizations, came together with shared concerns, and desires for more collaboration and partnership, made this summit all the more significant.

The expertise, experience, and wisdom you all brought to the discussion table were invaluable. And I am hopeful that this global dialogue will lead to greater cooperation at a regional and global level.

In closing, I would like to thank Admiral Nakajima and everyone from the Japan Coast Guard for your tireless efforts in preparing for this conference. And finally, thank you participants. This summit would not have taken place without your participation. I wish you all a pleasant journey back and I look forward to our next meeting.
