Sylff Season’s Greetings

My dear Sylff Fellows (The Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund: Sylff). This year has been a difficult year and I am sure that your activities have been, without a doubt, affected by this unexpected COVID-19 pandemic.

Yet, at the same time, I would like to thank the graduated Sylff fellows who have so generously donated to the emergency financial relief initiative for the currently enrolled fellows. It makes me very happy to see that there is a rising spirit of support in the Sylff community under this unprecedented crisis.

The mission of Sylff is to nurture leaders equipped with “public-mindedness” to be fully competent to face global challenges. Let us together continue to apply all of our wisdom, experiences and the Sylff network in creating a better world.

I wish you all a healthy and a safe 2021.
