Suspension of The Nippon Foundation Lunchtime Concerts

The Nippon Foundation has been holding free concerts during the lunch hour in the lobby of The Nippon Zaidan Building, to provide young musicians with an opportunity to perform and contribute to the social environment for people working in the immediate neighborhood.

The first concert was held in 2001, and there have been a total of 349 concerts. The Nippon Zaidan Building is currently undergoing construction for earthquake resistance reinforcement, however, and the concerts have been suspended since August 2018.

We plan to make an announcement when the details regarding the resumption of the concerts has been decided.
